I'll start by saying I have no clue who Jake L Fischer is, but for some reason it sounds like he know's what he's talking about. Not so much breaking news, as every other story lately has been to wedge a gap between LeBron James and the Lakers wether it's the locker room ehh - Rich Paul. Or with front office - Jeanie Buss. The Lakers know more drama than TNT, and this year is no exception.
Im not sure if this story is remotely true although I do choose to "sort of" believe it. I could believe the writing was on the wall once he wasn't given another 1+1 in the 2025 offseason. Where he goes next if leaves my best guess is...down the street and not Cleveland, OH...but we'll get to that later. For now we'll continue to focus on THIS SEASON as the Lakers are in a heated race to stay out of the play in. However, if it is LeBron's last season DESPITE a good portion of the fan base having ill feelings towards him for one reason or another as currently constructed I hope when he does leave he gets what he deserves, to be celebrated as a Laker for Life!
If he does remain a Laker past this year which is what I actually believe will happen it will be at a steep pay cut which im sure he's ready for and has a Billion reasons to be. Either way let's keep things in perspective the Lakers are in the middle of a very hotly contested Western Conference playoff race and we can deal with this BS in the summer. But thank you for enlightening us, Jake.
