On a night Luka Doncic served a suspension for receiving his 16th technical of the season, the Lakers blew out the tanking Washington Wizards at Crypto.com arena 120-101. LeBron James led the way with a triple double collecting 21 points 12 assist and 10 rebounds in what felt like a wire to wire victory. The Lakers somehow trailed after one 26-25 before taking control. They outscored the Wizards 40-18 in the second quarter and never looked back taking a 65-44 lead into the half.

Jaxson Hayes and Luke Kennard score 19 off the bench a piece. Kennard went 4-5 from deep and Hayes added one from distance himself on a night he shot a perfect 8-8 from the field in 20 minutes. Deandre Ayton added 12 points of his own in 22 minutes of action on a perfect 5/5 from the field. Reaves struggled from the field shooting 4-11 and 0-4 from deep but added 19 points and 9 assists all in the first half. Will Riley led Washington with 20 in the losing effort. LA won the game 120-101 to improve it's record to 49-26. If the Suns didn't own the tiebreaker they would have clinched the playoffs tonight, but it may be a sweeter occurence vs the Cavs tomorrow night on the back to back.
