You can't beat the Indiana Pacers without a desperate rally attempt I guess. LeBron nearly collected a triple double with 23 points 9 assist and 9 boards on a night where the Lakers got back on track and closed the 6 game road trip 5-1 with a 137-130 win over the Pacers. LA scored jumped out to a 10-0 lead and scored 75 points in the first half and led by as many as 29 points with Tyrese Halliburton watching back on the Pacers sideline and Caitlin Clark taking photos.
Luka Doncic added another 43 points in his tour de force run at a possible MVP. Austin Reaves had 25 on 7/16 shooting and hit all of his free throws. After the loss to Detroit Monday the Lakers have now won 10 of 11 and are sitting at 47-26 with the third seed in the West. Jaxson Hayes had a strong showing with Ayton out scoring a season-high 21 points and collecting 10 rebounds. Indy had 8 players in double figures led by 20 from Pascal Siakam in the loss. LA returns home after the lenghty road trip to face another tanking team in the Brooklyn Nets Friday 3/27 at Crypto Arena.
